Annual Conference Sponsor and Exhibit Policies
1. Sponsorship and exhibits at the 2021 Michigan AEYC Virtual Early Childhood Conference is intended to support the educational goals of Michigan AEYC. Acceptance of exhibits and sponsorship is entirely at the discretion of Michigan AEYC and the Director of Professional Programs. Unsuitable exhibits or sponsorships deemed objectionable may be rejected or restricted when the application is received, or removed from the Virtual Conference by the Director of Professional Programs. Exhibits and sponsors removed for violation of Michigan AEYC Conference Exhibit and Sponsor Policies are not entitled to a refund.
2. Registrations/reservations for exhibits and sponsorship must be made through the Director of Professional Programs. Reservation fees must accompany the reservation form and are non-refundable.
3. Formal notice of acceptance of exhibitor or sponsor application by the Director of Professional Programs, as an agent for the Conference, and full payment of reservation fees constitute a contract for the right to sponsor and exhibit benefits. In the event conference cancellation, payment on account for sponsorship or exhibit will be refunded. Any costs incurred by the sponsor or exhibitor prior to the date of cancellation are the sole responsibility of the sponsor or exhibitor.
4. Exhibitors will hold harmless the Director of Professional Programs or Michigan Association for the Education of Young Children in the event of any liability, responsibility, loss, damage, cost, or expense of any kind arising directly or indirectly from any intentional or negligent act or omission by the sponsor or exhibitor or any of its agents or employees.
